TOS | Commissions

I will only accept image references with a small description if necessary. No walls of text/pixel-only references please.
Please do not use any of my commissioned pieces in any way/form if you aren't the one who commissioned me for it.

These prices are for Personal use only. Which means you are not allowed to profit money from my artworks in any sort of way.
You, as the commissioner are allowed to :
Use as your icon/wallpaper/header/background/gift it to a friend.
Print out as a print/phone cover/charm/bookmark/etc for yourself only.
Post it to your own social medias however, a link/proper credit must be provided to any of my accounts.
For commercial use, please ask me through email, providing all the details.

If you have a deadline you want it finished by, please let me know as early as possible! Otherwise your picture will be finished within 1-5 months depending on my schedule/the order. I will let you know if I end up delaying your picture asap!
Sizes of the picture can be slightly altered according to your request.
WIPs will be sent for confirmation if requested, this is where you should ask for any major changes/edits you want me to make before I go on. Once I've finished, only minor edits/tweaks can be done.
If your commission is finished and you want the whole thing redrawn, the only way for me to do so is if you commission me again.

I do have the right to cancel a commission if I think I can't draw it well, something comes up in my personal life or you're rude to me/violated my ToS/etc.
Refunds :
50% once I've started drafting/sketching.
0% once your picture has been sent.

USD, Paypal & dA points only. $1 = 100 points
After we've gone over the details, payment must be sent within 3 days or within the time you've stated to make it, or else your commission will be cancelled and someone else may take your slot.
Please do not send payment on your own. Wait for my invoice!
I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.
If you wish for me to design a new outfit for your character, there will be an additional charge.
